Unfortunatly this location does not carry plus sized items so I still have yet to really delve into what they have to offer.
It is good to hear that the sizing is a little better than F It is especially evident in those shift dresses you tried on because they flowed nicely over your hips. I was in high school when distressing first became popular. After constant whining, my dad came in wearing a pair of his ripped up work jeans covered in grease stains and oil spots, and kindly offered to lend me his. But I definitely bought my first pair when I was in college and free! I used to shop at forever21 a lot and noticed that sometimes the straight sizes would be too small but the plus sizes would be too big.
That being said, I really like the scuba dress. I definitely understand your decision to stop shopping at fast fashion stores. My favorite is the crochet trim top too. However, now my store credit is apparently invalid despite it being the same store, and there isn't even a customer service number I can call. I used to love this store, and in return they have robbed a loyal customer.

I use to love this store. When I found out they had reopened. I purchased some items, to later find out. They would never arrive. I had purchased my items beginning Of September. The last update through UPS.
Was on the 12th of Sept. I found it strange that I did not see any changes in the status about a month later from my purchase date.
I reached out to Charlotte russe customer service via email and of course. They seemed helpful at first and made it seem like they were looking into it If my product did not arrive some time between Halloween. They would issue a refund. Well that was not the case. They then send me some form I need to fill out. As If it was from my end that my merchandise has never arrived. Please save your money and do not buy from Charlotte Russe. Whoever bought them out.
Is a complete scam! They just keep giving you the run around. That they are looking into it. Finding more reasons to buy themselves more excuses. Charlotte Russe used to be one of my favorite stores to shop in. Now all of their clothes look trashy! Who the hell decided that ratty looking clothes were in fashion?!
I would rather have sweaters that did not look as if moths had been munching on them. I don't want jeans that have tears all throughout them. These clothes will not last, and then guess what happens! You have to spend more money buying MORE clothes. I've shopped here for years and never had issues. I've ordered online as well a few times and never had issues until recently.
Apparently my package was deemed lost because I never received it however customer service was helpful and refunded my money. I didn't like that I had to fill out a form because I didn't receive anything ever. If I had received a few items I would understand filling out the form to let them know what was missing.
Anyway besides that, they were helpful and responder quickly. I still love the store so I will give another last try buying online and hope no more issues like this happen. It's probably better to shop in stores to avoid issues like shipping or wrong sizing because they tend to run small. I usually order up. This company is stealing money from customers by not delivering their full orders to them and then not refunding the money! Shipping took a little longer than I expected.
The quality of jacket I ordered wasn't that great. There were a bunch of loose threads that were hanging out from numerous places and a tiny tear on the front.
I guess that's to be expected when you order items on sale. Hope it doesn't fall apart when it's washed. I bought clothes not too long ago on line from the New Charlotte Russe. I was so happy when they reopened the stores since I would shop there frequently. It took a week and a half from the order date for them to ship out the clothes. When I finally got it, I saw that a few things weren't how they looked online and I went to the store near by to return.
There I found out from the cashier that they have strict orders from corporate to not accept returns or exchanges at the store. I would have to mail the items back to them and pay a re-stocking fee.
I looked over their return policy on their new website and there was no mention of this. Keep in mind, the old corporate allowed returns in store.
I was informed by the worker that they did this because they would loose a lot of money with returns I was no longer able to return the items by mail since I found this all out after the 30days of ordering and they would no longer accept it.
I wrote an email to corporate asking for help in the matter and I still have not heard back. Not worth the hassle of shopping here anymore. Clothes are cheap which was good, but so was the material. I think they run small. I wear a medium usually in CR clothes but it was to small in the romper case so I had to exchange it for a large. Fashion that's trendy, not spendy!
